Work4 Releases Twitter Cards for Social Recruiting
Social recruiting is all about engagement. Companies must be ready to reach candidates wherever they spend time (hint: social media) and create an interaction that makes candidates want to learn more about that company and position.
To that end, we’re excited to announce that Work4 is the first recruiting company to support Twitter’s latest feature, Twitter Cards! These are available immediately on all jobs posted from Work4’s Social Recruiting Solutions to Twitter.
These Cards allow Twitter-approved developers to go beyond 140 characters and include richer, more engaging content right in each tweet. For Work4 customers, this means embedding the full job title, location, company logo, and a job description snippet within the tweet. Who said great things couldn’t come in small packages?
Twitter Cards do just that by enhancing employer branding and making it easier for candidates to learn about your jobs, especially on mobile where screen size and navigation are limited. Giving Twitter users easy access to your job’s most important information simplifies the process for them to apply or share the job with someone who will.
