Work4 Launches Graph Search Recruiter Beta, A New Way to Source Talent on Facebook
At Work4, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve the recruiter experience with social media, and we’re excited to announce that we’ve done it again with our most recent innovation!
Today, we’re announcing the beta release of Graph Search Recruiter, a solution designed with the busy recruiter in mind. We know how important it is to find candidates who fulfill all of your hiring initiatives, but the search for the right person can be long and often difficult.
Graph Search Recruiter was built to leverage Facebook’s Graph Search, which was recently released to all of Facebook’s 1.1 billion active monthly users. Graph Search allows any user to search within his or her network for people, places, and things (such as movies, photos, restaurants, etc.), and the searches will return answers with a high degree of relevancy. Graph Search was created with the intention of making it easier for people to connect within the Facebook network, and now, Work4 makes that connection even easier for recruiters looking to source passive candidates on the Facebook platform:
Work4’s new Graph Search functionality for recruiters tackles social media sourcing challenges by automatically identifying the right candidates on Facebook for a company’s open jobs, with just a few clicks.
In combination with our recently released Social Job Sharing Recruiter, Graph Search Recruiter brings you not only efficiency but also accuracy in helping you find the right candidates on Facebook. With Social Job Sharing Recruiter, employers gained the ability to share relevant jobs with members of their extended networks on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, rapidly scaling job shares while retaining control over the timing and messaging. With Graph Search Recruiter, employers will be able to scale their sourcing efforts and efficiently find the perfect passive candidates.
You can sign up to gain exclusive access to Graph Search Recruiter during the official launch this fall!
