Technology’s growing importance in business might mystify those who just can’t seem to keep up with its ever-changing forms. In order to become “tech savvy,” recruiters and marketers must adopt and extend their reach through new tools and advancements. But not every tool is the right tool–it’s necessary to identify and acquire the RIGHT tools to help do the job and do the job well.
