How to track top referrers and applicants?
In the meantime, recruiters can analyze the performance of this social referral program: within the reporting tab of the Application, you can see who, among your employees or fans, has registered to share your job openings and the number of jobs they have shared. You will also receive a full list of all the applicants who clicked on a referrer’s post alongside with the referrer’s information, in order to be able to reward them when necessary. It is a win, win, win situation: the candidate is exposed to a new opportunity, you receive qualified applications, and the referrer gets rewarded!
