Since 2013, Uniqlo Has Successfully Engaged Young Graduates on Facebook

Uniqlo, the Japanese casual wear designer, manufacturer, and retailer has been using Work4’s social solutions to help solve its recruiting needs throughout Europe. Uniqlo’s challenge was to build an employer brand as an organization of choice among more recent graduates, so they opted to recruit where these users spend nearly 2 hours out of every day, Facebook.

On a daily basis, the W4 Ambassadors feature enables Uniqlo to leverage its employees’ networks on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter helping to create a significant portion of the page’s traffic.



W4 Pipeline

Uniqlo uses W4 Pipeline to promote various campaigns throughout the year. Ads are broadcasted through social media to recruit recent graduates and sales advisors, acquire fans for their career page, and increase visibility for their recruiting events which consistently helps their employer brand message.

Since 2014, W4 Pipeline has resulted in more than 1,021 million unique impressions and has redirected 26,326 apply clicks to specific requisitions helping Uniqlo’s talent acquisition teams to meet their hiring initiatives.
