Siemens, the largest engineering company in Europe, wanted to make the most of the digital economy by pioneering the use of social media for recruitment. Not only did they want to strengthen their employer brand, which they did by creating a separate corporate Career Facebook page, but they also wanted to reach their recruitment goals.
