Red Lobster Decreases their Average Cost per Hire by Nearly 75% with Work4

In order to achieve those objectives, they chose to launch the Work4 Facebook Career App and our Social Job Posting solution, which included fully automated campaigns and targeting generation. They used Social Job Posting to promote 29 jobs at a cost of $5,000.


Within 8 months, Red Lobster recruited 90 workers for its restaurants nationwide. The Social Job Posting campaign boosted their employer brand and visibility by generating 139,730 unique impressions and 1,469 clicks in just one month. More importantly, Work4’s solutions enabled Red Lobster to lower their cost per hire to $57 – four times less than their usual CPH.
