    Mobile isn’t the future of recruiting. It’s a natural byproduct of our shift to more mobile devices than laptops and desktops. We expect to be able to do a lot of the same things on our phones and tablets as we are able to on PC’s – so why not find/apply for jobs?

      You’re right. It is definitely a disruptive force. Making it as easy as possible for people to discover and apply to your jobs on any device is becoming essential to reduce drop off rates and improve the candidate experience.
