His recent articlefrom HR Executive Magazine this week asks the question, “How Fun is Your HR Tech?” What HR technology do you use? Would your own employees use it?

2. Susan Avello is a Social Marketing Consultant and Principal of Social Buzz Concepts. She’s a contributor to HR Virtual Cafe blog, SHRM WeKnowNext and Social Media Today. Do you share your social recruiting knowledge to mentor others? Who do you follow that gives you advice, tips, shares experiences?

3. Trish McFarlane is an HR leader and strategist, blogger, speaker, and the co-founder of HRevolution and Women of HR. Her post on 7 Things To Do When You Get Home from a Conference lists some great tips on continuing to gain value after a recruiting event. And check out this HR Happy Hour podcastthat asks, “Can I Get a Referral?” (Bonus influencer alert: it also features Steve Boese from above!) How do you encourage employee referrals?

4. Craig Fisher is a speaker, blogger, recruiting strategist, and the CEO of Talentnet Live. His recent blog post describes how to use hashtags to search for jobs and connect with people on Twitter.
