Optimize your Application Process
Never lose your candidates during the application process again
Facilitated candidate journey
One of the key elements of next-level recruiting is a simple and easy to follow apply process. To entice your candidates to click on your job ad is good for visibility, but it’s not enough if you wish to run a consistent and reliable recruitment strategy on Facebook. In order to do so, you need to make sure candidates actually finish the application process.
Too many candidates get discouraged when applying to a company because the application process is too long and complex, especially when done through a mobile device. That’s why Work4 provides 2 separate apply processes.
1. Apply with Facebook form
Our recruitment solution contains a simplified application form that candidates can fill in directly from any Facebook job ad. Applications are then forwarded to the recruiter via email. With this solution, the average drop rate is one third of that found on a career site, partly because the form is accessible via mobile.
This form is ideal if:
You have difficulties recruiting strategic or difficult positions;
You don’t have a mobile compatible site,
You struggle to generate enough qualified applications for your open positions;
You wish to capture passive applicants, who can be active in another company and who may not spend hours searching and applying to jobs.
2. Redirection to your company’s Career website
The candidate is redirected to your career website via the job ad after clicking on “Apply” in our Facebook Career Application. They then follow your usual application process.
This form is ideal if:
You need all the applications to be centralized in your Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
You receive a lot of applications every day, and you think that the application process is a necessary selection phase – no matter how many candidates drop while applying.
“Using Facebook as a recruitment tool should be standard for any business, and we believe Work4 is key to successfully recruiting on Facebook today. This solution has given our company the ability to succeed with our first foray into social recruiting.”
