To stay on top of industry news, recruiting/HR trends, and best practices, it’s best to not only be socially involved but also be actively seeking advice. You may be asking, “From whom?”

 The answer: HR thought leaders. These influencers’ insights and expertise help assist and align even the most inexperienced teams within their industry.  The following four successful HR and recruiting professionals are not only well-versed on the ins-and-outs of talent management, but each takes their own unique approach to assessing problems and opportunities.
