Announcing Partnership Between Work4 and Job Distribution Giant eQuest

Have you heard the news? I’m very excited to announce a partnership between Work4 and eQuest, which means big things for the world of job posting and social recruiting.

If you’re not familiar with eQuest, they are the world’s largest and most-utilized job distribution platform, whose customers post over 250 million jobs per year using their service–and now, when their customers want to “post jobs to Facebook,” they’re going to be able to do so because of Work4:

Work4’s “Post Jobs to Facebook” button will appear as an option for customers on eQuest’s job posting interface. Customers will have the opportunity to purchase Recruiting Ads to advertise their jobs and intelligently target their ideal candidates’ profiles, as well as distribute jobs on Facebook. Using our technology will also allow eQuest’s customers to “capture critical candidate trending data” and monitor job posting performance.

David Bernstein, VP of Data Analytics for eQuest said about the partnership, “It is a significant step, as well as a key data addition to our predictive analysis capabilities for our customers.”

If you’d like to learn more, check out the press release–and, as always, feel free to leave your questions and comments for me below!

eQuest posts 250 million jobs per year? Not likely…assuming they have 2,000 customers (a BIG assumption), that would translate to 125,000 postings per customer. If they post to 3 boards, that still translates to an AVERAGE of over 40,000 open jobs per customer for 2,000 customers. I think not.
