Airbus leveraged its fans on Facebook to promote its employer brand and recruit young talent.
This worldwide-known aeronautics company has used social media, especially Facebook, for 5 years. With its “Airbus Group Career” page, liked by more than 183K Facebook users, the company naturally decided to start social recruiting while continuing to develop its employer brand.
